What to Expect
I would love to meet with you!
I love to see all your inspiration photos, and get a general idea of all your needs and priorities for your event to make the most of our time together. In person we can go over everything to make sure I am on the same page since each event is special and unique to you.
After we have met I will email a quote to you itemizing all of your items, with descriptions, counts, and individual pricing. I consider this a rough draft first start. After that we can make sure that I have everything correct, and we can adjust anything until it is exactly what you had envisioned! I have everything cloud based so that you can access the latest versions of everything at any point in time.
I book limited number of events per week/day depending on what each one entails so in order to hold your date I require a 50% deposit, and then the remaining balance to be paid in full 2 weeks before your event.
Planning a destination wedding? No problem! I am available for video conferences/phone consults and would be more than happy to work around your schedule if you are in town to take care of event business.
